There are plenty of great toothpastes you can find on today`s market, but there are still fair share of people who brush their teeth without using toothpaste. That is not good thing to do, because toothpaste contains many good ingredients that help and protect your teeth. There are many benefits that come with using toothpaste for having healthy teeth. One of the major benefits is that the toothpaste makes your teeth much stronger. The powerful ingredients inside it can strengthen and further protect your teeth from dangerous bacteria. One such ingredient is the fluoride. Fluoride is great for battling plaque and fluoride also protects your teeth from decay.
Toothpaste not only protects your teeth, but it also whitens them up. Today you can find many specific types of toothpastes that are designed to make your teeth white. Everybody wants to have white teeth and to enjoy their nice, bright smile. Charcoal toothpaste is one of the popular types of pastes that are usually used by people that have discolored teeth. Another good thing regarding toothpaste is that can give you a fresh breath. Nobody wants to have bad smell in their mouth and bad breath can be especially noticed in the mornings when we wake up or after eating a meal. Having a fresh breath is not just good for your oral hygiene, but it also makes you feel better and more confident when speaking with other people.
The choice of toothpastes is really wide today, so anyone can find something according their preferences. Some people prefer using traditional, while others use alternative types of toothpaste. Some also go for toothpaste for specific purposes like teeth whitening or eliminating bad breath. Today toothpastes are made of high quality ingredients that bring numerous positive benefits for your teeth. It is advisable you always use toothpaste when brushing your teeth. Brushing your teeth without toothpaste can damage your tooth enamel and is less effective. If you do not know which toothpaste is best for your teeth then a good idea is to talk with your dentist and ask for an advice. Your dentist will surely recommend good toothpaste after examining your teeth.
These were some basic things you should know about toothpaste and why you should use it to have healthy teeth. Always follow the advice of your dentist, pick the right toothpaste and enjoy your beautiful white smile.

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies recommendations. Based on the recommendations from ADA and CSDA into consideration and being mindful of the safety and well-being of our patients and staff, we have made the decision to open our offices from Wednesday May 13th for Emergencies and from Wednesday May 20th for routine dental treatments.
